Chris Sinclair
Meet Chris, our Founder and CEO. With over 12 years of experience in technology recruitment, from Technical and Commercial roles, through to critical C-level hires, Chris is the driving force behind Synexis Global’s human-centric approach. From small scale start-ups to global semiconductor giants, Chris has played an integral part of growing teams and finding needles in haystacks all across the world, all from his base in the UK that allows him to support Asia, Europe, and the Americas throughout his typical working day.
By day, he’s a dedicated recruiter; by night (and weekends), you’ll find him in the wrestling ring, taking on a whole different approach to human connection. If you’re reading this, by all means ask him about his wrestling alter ego next time you chat. That same passion and energy go into making recruitment less corporate and a lot more fun for everyone. Chris’ vision is simple: even in a world where AI is on the rise, recruitment should be about people first. After all, we’re not robots, and neither are you.
Hershey
Meet Hershey, our esteemed Head of Security and unofficial morale booster. Hershey is a rescue pup all the way from Bulgaria, who made an epic four-day journey to the UK and has been keeping us all safe (and entertained) for the last four years. With a DNA mix of about 23 different breeds, she’s a one-of-a-kind guardian of the office. Don’t be surprised if you occasionally hear Hershey in the background of calls or video meetings – she takes her security duties very seriously, especially when it comes to letting us know about passing cars or unsuspecting postmen. In other words, she’s the furry heartbeat of Synexis, and we wouldn’t have it any other way.
